Spain Golden Visa

Spain Golden Visa

Spain’s Golden Visa Program is the ultimate pathway to Spanish residency and (and ultimately citizenship) for investors seeking the chance to live in one of the most visited countries in the world. The real-estate or residency scheme, which has enabled foreigners to purchase property in Spain in exchange for a Golden Visa since 2013, is the sole pathway to economic residency in the country. After purchasing property in Spain, applicants will receive a two-year residency permit, and with it, the ability to travel visa-free throughout the Schengen zones. Through the Spain Golden Visa, Spanish residency is achievable in under three months.
