1. Dominica Citizenship by Donation:
The Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) was created to provide funding. The primary aim was to support economic growth and the development of public and private sector projects.
A non-refundable fee based on the number of dependents included in the application:
● USD 100,000 for a single candidate
● USD 150,000 for the principal candidate and spouse
● USD 175,000 for a family of four
● USD 25,000 per applicant (Extra dependents)
Dependent siblings
● USD 25,000 per applicant under the age of 18.
● USD 50,000 for each applicant between the ages of 18 and 25.
2. Real Estate (Dominica Citizenship by Investment)
The applicant must invest a minimum of 200,000 USD in a government-approved real estate project in Dominica. The investor must keep the property for at least three (3) years after receiving citizenship. Furthermore, you may only resell that real estate after five (5) years of earning citizenship.
The following government fees are also applicable based on the number of dependents listed in the application:
● USD 25,000 for a single candidate.
● USD 35,000 for the principal candidate and spouse
● USD 35,000 for a family of four.
● USD 50,000 for a family of up to six people.
● USD 70,000 family of seven or more.
