·       €2,000 EUR (Stamps for the Golden Visa per applicant)

·       €250 EUR plus 24% VAT (Property Background Check)

·       €300 EUR plus 24% VAT (Residency Application Fee per applicant)

·       €1000 EUR (Property acquisition cost)

·       Applicants can expect the additional costs to amount to 8-10% of the property value.

Eligibility Requirements Greek Golden Visa  

All applicants for the Greek Golden Visa must fulfill the following criteria:

·       Acquire an entry visa to Greece (Pre-application)

·       Be without a criminal history in both Greece and previous countries of residence 

·       Demonstrate ability to afford proposed Greek residency (via bank account info)

·       Main applicant must be age 18+

·       Pass a health check

·       Obtain Greek health insurance (applies to main applicant as well as all dependents)

·       Pass a complete due diligence scan

·       Obtain certified translation into Greek of all submitted documents not otherwise written in Greek

Eligible Family Members

·       Spouse

·       Dependent children of both spouses below the age of 21

·       Dependent parents and parents in law

Greek Citizenship

·       Greek Golden Visa holders who fulfill the eligibility requirements and residency conditions may submit an application for Greek citizenship after seven years. If successful, they will receive a Greek passport; the seventh most powerful passport in the world.
