1.      Investment in Real Estate

• ·       Foreigners can receive citizenship from Montenegro by purchasing pre-approved real estate. Applicants may choose between purchasing property located in the country’s north or south. In addition to the property investment, all applicants must also make a donation to the government.
• ·       Pricing for the Real Estate option is as follows:
• o   €250,000 EUR (Minimum investment value of property in north)
• o   €450,000 EUR (Minimum investment value of property in south)
• o   €100,000 EUR (Required government donation)

Please note that, in addition to the fees for both options to apply for Montenegro citizenship, all applicants are also responsible for the following fees

• ·       €15,0000 EUR (Application fees for a single applicant)
• ·       €10,000 EUR (Application fees per dependent, for the first four dependents)
• ·       €50,000 EUR (Application fees per dependent, for the 5^th and subsequent dependents)
• ·       €7,000 EUR (Due diligence cost for a single applicant)
• ·       €10,000 EUR (Due diligence cost for a four-person family)
• ·       €1,500 EUR (Due diligence cost per dependent, for the 5^th and subsequent dependents)

Eligibility Requirements for Montenegro Citizenship 

All applicants for the citizenship via the Montenegro CBI program must fulfill the following criteria:

·       Pass a complete security check

·       Pass a health check

·       Be without a criminal history

·       Applicants must have no record of ever having been refused a visa to any EU country or the following states: United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom 

·       Demonstrate the origin of any money used toward their CBI investment 

·       The main applicant must be age 18+

·       Be a non-EU citizen (applicants must also not be a citizen of any European Free Trade Association state (EFTA)

·       Children under 26 years old who are financially dependent on the main applicant
